Gotogate - Refund scam

I booked flight ticket of ***** inr from go to gate. I cancelled my flight by my own with contacting airline. Indigo airline told me that i will get full refund from gotogate. But gotogate told me that they will deduct **** inr for handling charge. I asked everything has done my me,so in which basis of logic you are deducting money? Anyway they didn’t give any logical reason. After that airline email me that they precessed ***** inr refund to gotogate. I told goto gate that why *****. They are refusing to deal with Airlines and also is saying thay we will deduct **** INR again if we receive your rest refund from airline.
