Gotogate - Regarding refund

I have searched for a flight from LKO to DEL on Skyscanner website and they recommended the name of "gotogate" website, i have booked the ticket from " gotogate" and unfortunately for some reason i had to cancelled it.. i have tried to contact " gotogate" but got no response.Then finally i called up AIR INDIA and cancelled my flight with them they have informed me for full refund and the refund will be given to travel agency and i have to contact travel agency for refund. ( AIR india will refund full amount to " gotogate"). I have tried to contact Gotogate but no reply.. please do the needful, and remove gotogate from your suggestion list. Please help me getting my refund.
