I wrote a complaint email to Snapmint regarding the delayed refund for a canceled order (order number *******) of a Whirlpool * kg product purchased from Amazon. I canceled the order on March **, ****, and although the status indicates that the refund has been processed, it has been over * months since the cancellation, and i have not received the refund. As a customer, I expresses disappointment and frustration with the lack of communication and updates regarding the refund status. I request Snapmint to urgently investigate the matter, provide an update on the refund status, and inform them of the expected date of receipt.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
