I HAVE PURCHASED PANCHALOHA RED CORAL RING FROM NAVEEN METAL WORKS THROUGH FLIPKART FLOTFORM BUT IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE WHILE WEARING TO FINGER I HAVE REQUESTED REFUND AGENT CAME AND PICKUP THE RING BUT HE IS NOT INITIATED REFUND I HAVE RETURNED WITHIN THE REFUND PERIOD COMPANY PERSON SAYING I HAVE NOT HANDOVER THE RING TO AGENT BUT I HAVE GIVEN TO AGENT PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE AND SETTLE MY AMOUNT
