This Complaint is for not providing refund to the Customers by Atria Convergence Technologies(ACT Fibernet).
I had recently disconnected my ACT Broadband connection in Chennai as I have moved to my hometown Kanyakumari. After disconnection ,*** Rupees was the account Balance for my connection Id. I have requested ACT Customer care for refunding *** Rupees, but ACT says that there is no refund option for account balance but Credit transfer can be done to other ACT connections. I don't have anyone in my friends circle using ACT connection for Credit Transfer. Kindly Request you to check with ACT Broadband and initiate the refund for *** Rupees.

There would be too many Impacted users like me, So ACT Fibernet should revise the refund policies and initiate Refund for such users.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
