I booked my travel for ** March from Ahmedabad to Kolkata by Goair Flight G* ***. My PNR was H***HS and booking ID was EMT********.
The flight was cancelled on **th March and thus refund was already processed by Go Air. They have already sent the refund receipt as well as confirmed multiple times on call.
I have already sent the refund proof to Easemytrip but they are denying refund stating that GoAir is just providing rescheduling facility but not the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
