Had booked a International ticket * yrs back because of covid were not able to travel. We tried to speck to the Airline and Airlines said we will keep the booking open till **** End or we can request for a refund. We thought to wait for the same but again the *rd wave came and we were not able to travel. So we Requested MMT to refund the amount. they said in October **** that the Refund will take ** working day. Today we have Reached ** Feb **** still have not received the Refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
