I have booked indigo flight on Patym on * March **** for * passengers scheduled on * April **** at *:** am from Chandigarh to Lucknow. I paid Rs. ***** , PNR number is PG**VE, Booking ID : ***********. On ** March **** Indigo airlines informed me regarding change of flight schedule and confirmed full refund on cancellation. After cancellation I got Rs.**** from PayTm inspite of daily follow up Paytm has not given me full refund. Indigo airlines have confirmed payment of Rs ***** to Paytm on cancellation of tickets. I want my full refund and mental harrasment charges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
