Hello ,
I ordered my product from protiensstore.com after asking them about the delay in product
delivery I got to know that the payment is not recieved to them which I paid them through
Paytm Wallet .After asking Paytm about the wallet transaction they said that the payement
is successful from there end.I told them that the merchant has not received the payment
So they told me to forward them in written that payemnt is not recieved by merchant.
I forwarded that mail from merchant to Paytm .After that there is no reply or update on
the issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
