On **-**-**** , makemytrip told me that it had initiated my refund amount for my cancelled booking . It's been more than a month ,I have not received any amount . Bank said that makemytrip had not initiated any payment and you are just cheated .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
