This refund dispute is regarding the order id ***-*******-*******.
I requested for refund of HP CHROMEBOOK THAT I PURCHASED FROM AMAZON. UNFORTUNATELY THE ACCOUNT NO PROVIDED BY ME WENT WRONG AND I DIDN'T RECIEVED THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WAS ASKED TO FILE CHARGE DISPUTE . So i filed the charge dispute in bandhan bank,bandhan bank reply that the amount again goes back to amazon account as they are unable to find my bank account details. They even mentioned that there is no such account exist with the account no *************** in which the refund was initiated but my bandhan bank correct account no. Is **************.
Which means that this transaction is a failed transaction but still shown as an success transaction in your statements . I am going to attach the reply which i got from bandhan bank and a photo of my cheque in which you can check the correct account no.
I agree that i made a mistake. Please send money in my bank account pls as mentioned in the cheque.
I genuinely request amazon to transfer my money in the bank account provided below
