It's a matter of mid December'****. I did two orders from zivame. One order had * products and other had also * products. So due to fitting issues I returned the first order with * products as it is-its return request number is- ********* and in another order I returned * products out of the *..it's return request number is- *********. I have been contacting them since December **** ..called several times..I m a doctor and has busy schedule still out of my busy life I make out time for them to call and daily I get no positive response from their side..and it's not just the first time..earlier too I have faced such issue with their app..zivame app is so disgusting I m telling you..it is never updated upto the mark..I request all of you never use this app..it's better go to the mall and buy lingerie for yourself from there itself. It's very frustating seriously..I m suffering a loss of **** rupees because of such carelessness nature of their towards their customers. I m very disappointed from their app. Never in my future now gonna use it and also will ask my known to do the same.
