I returned my Ptron buds and I was supposed to receive refund in September end . It's been more than * weeks , I have not received any refund. The customer care agent told me that refund was processed but not completed from backend. Another agents are saying that the refund has already been done but they are not sharing any details regarding it . I have checked all of my account but unable to find anything .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
