Paytm - Refund not recevied

Our flight Jet airways *W*** (** people)was booked from BLR to DEL on **APR** and same was canceled by Jet airways on **MAR**. we are continuously following up matter with My paytm and our booking ID is ********** amount to INR *****(Message from Paytm is attached). Kindly note it is more than ** months and till date we have not received our refund amount. Though we have received the message from Airways :-
