It's been * months that I haven't yet received my refund. I booked the Hexa car with a fuel refund option on *th August for *th August ****, however, on *th Aug night, Zoomcar person called me and asked me that whether I am ok with Mahindra Morazzo car as he could not provide Hexa car. I said ok because I did not have any option. After I had been provided the card on *th Aug morning, my booking in the app was showing canceled, when asked customer support, they said "no need to worry, it should be fine, I'll get the refund upon submitting the proofs'.I handed over the car before the agreed time. I submitted the proofs and waited for ** days. Somehow I could call customer care and inquire about my refund, they said that they have some issue that they are resolving and I'll get my refund in * days. But it has been * months now, even then I haven't yet got the refund amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
