Booking id EMT********. The airlines get air has refunded the amount on * Oct ****. But since the ticket was booked from ease my trip, I needed refund from there. Even after multiple mails and calls and chats, it isn't resolved. They keep saying they passed the query to " concerned dept ", God knows who that is because the dept doesn't really seem concerned.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
