Initial Payment Process date: **th July ****. (Still not credited in account)
The initial payment process date was on **th July **** but amount not credited in our account so we raised a complaint to Goibibo on **th August **** with ticket #********. So we received a fast response and asked us to send the bank account detail for a refund since the transfer to the credit card they faced some issue. After sending our bank detail they closed this complaint number on same date **th Aug ****.
After that still, we received the refund so we have raised the complaint again with ticket #******** (concern) to GOIBIBO on **th August **** and we received a call from them saying some issue in the refund. So they will again arrange the refund process at the earliest possible. So GOIBIBO closed this ticket as closed on **th August ****.
After these two complaints, we now cannot able to contact Goibibo at all through any of the channels. But still, we didn't receive the refund amount. We tried there contact numbers but these numbers are not in service.
We received the other tickets refund from Goibibo in a good manner and we cannot understand why we cannot able to get a response for this ticket alone.
We tried to contact Goibibo but the number is not in service.

We would like Goibibo to arrange the refund amount at the earliest possible. Also, we would like that Goibibo to contact us for refund process etc. Since we cannot able to contact them at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
