I have not received my refund of Rs.****/- from Nykaa payment was done on **th May ** nykaa canceled my order and said that they had refund the amount but I have not received it yet. Lodge complaint in my kotak bank also they are saying refund not done my merchant and merchant need to share bank statement. It was a IMPS transaction, ARN shared by nykaa ***********************, nykaa is not helping asked to contact with bank only. Bank merchant has not refund the amount.
