I placed an order of "Prestige Marvel Glass * Burner Gas Stove (Black)" on ** March **** and placed the request to return the same because I got the damaged product.
Because of the lockdown in my city (Faridabad), I canceled that order after the successful return of the same product. I got to know that my refund will be initiated within *-* Business Days.
Order Date - ** March ****
Refund Initiate Date - ** March ****
Current Date - ** July ****
I waited for * straight months and during this duration, I was manipulated by the customer care executives and senior managers that I'll receive the refund within ** working days.
The mentioned this statement each and every time at the end of every call.
They held my money for * months, now I want my full payment refund along with the solid penalty.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
