Booked air asia ticket through yatra which was cancelled by air asia due to covid.
The air asia team had confirmed that the amount has been credited to the yatra team but the amount has still not been credited to my account by the yatra team.
No response to calls or mails from Yatra. Would definitely go ahead with the consumer court and file a complaint against the yatra team.
