I have ordered a trimmer (Lets Shave &Co. Beard, Body & Head Trimmer) from Amazon.in on **th May and received it on **th May. After unboxing the product, I have found that there were some trimmed hair attached on the bottle of supplied cleansing liquid. Hence there is no doubt that someone used the product. So I decided to return the product as there was hygiene issue.
But in the return product section of the Amazon app (screenshot attached) they are showing some non returnable policy for that particular product. But they have ** days return policy (screenshot attached) on that product on the product details page of their site. So I contacted their Customer service by phone on **th May and after discussion the representative requested me to share the product images. I have shared the same with them by mail. After that the representative agreed to refund me saying that I can destroy the product as no one would come for picking up the product for return. He also said that he initiated the refund and I would receive the refund amount in next * days. But I have not received the refund amount till date. I have contacted them thrice till date but every time they are saying the same and till date there is no refund.
I am attaching images of the product with someone's trimmed beard attached on the cleansing liquid bottle.
