yatra has deduct my money unethically i have taken cancellation Protection policy where it says zero cancellation fee on my ticket then why have you deducted INR **** you can only deduct if I would not have taken policy, below photo for your reference while I was booking my ticket Yatra said the below amount will be refund INR ****.
So I want my INR **** full amount back, sorry to say very very disappointed with Yatra never will come back again to your platform if I don’t get my Refund ASAP will prefer more MMT and goibibo.
After waiting ** days you are not giving any extra Money whereas you are cheating customer like this totally fraud this is not acceptable I need more INR **** to be refunded.

But I am asking that much Refund what Yatra has promised INR **** after taking cancellation policy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
