I have ordered from https://www.flaberry.com/ order #********** | sunday, february *, **** *:** pm. Payment has been deducted but product not delivered and now when im asking for refund they dont respond, but just send automated emails for complaint receipt. Status shows that amount refunded to flaberry case but i want the money back to my bank account from where i paid and not in their website account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
