I have generated an order with order no: **********.
The expected delivery was on **-**-**** till **:** PM.
But, It did not deliver on demanding time. As I pay the extra charge for Shipping, location surcharge too. So now, It is not required to deliver now. I was trying to call on their customer support, but no response till now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
