Flaberry.com - Order not delivered

I had ordered from Flaberry on the **nd of August in Bangalore to be delivered to a friend on the occasion of her birthday on the **th of August all items on the list came upto a sum of Rs.**** which I paid upfront. The list contained of a pothos plant worth Rs. *** a bouquet of Rs. *** some chocolates worth *** and a greeting card worth Rs. *** all the items on the list except the plant was delivered. On the same day that is the **th of August I received an email telling they had delivered the order. After which I have tried to contact them on several ways emails, raised a ticket and tried their WhatsApp message feature and to no avail. There is absolute no response.
