I have ordered flowers and chocolates on **th Feb from flaberry.com. They promised the same day delivery and charged *** extra for Valentine's day. When they didn't deliver the product on time I tried to contact them but it turns out that there is no way to contact them apart from SMS and email, where they send some automatic reply. I checked online and I found that there are many others who faced the same issue. My order ID was **********. I can not believe how this is possible in our country.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
