I had booked hotel for two night stay via MakeMyTrip in London from **th - **th Jan ****. I reached out to the hotel on my desired time and checked in. I had booked single room by reading the advertisement on MakeMyTrip wesbite very clearly about AC and Heater size and other stuff. Since that time it was very cold in London i specifically checked for heater to have warm stay. The time i reached hotel it was completely fake advertisement. The hotel had made false advertisement on the MMT website and I asked them either to give me another room or give me my refund i will go some where else. At that time they also understood the the problem and manager guaranteed they can give refund but for that i need to contact the Booking agent which is MMT.
Since i was outside India i was not able to reach to them. On reaching back i called them to give me refund then they just said i cant get refund back as hotel is not accepting refund. I really felt cheated. I have lost **** Rs which is too big amount for me. Please help me getting this amount back. I got trapped in false advertisement. Please help me get refund.
