I ordered Paradox Women Flower Clutches Evening Handbags Wedding Clutch Purse, Rose Gold worth of Rs.****.** on * June **** from Amazon.in and when I found that clutch dimensions as mentioned in the product was not correct and my phone was not fitting inside.
So I immediately requested return request on the same day when I received that item.
After that I waited for refund more than ** days but I did not received so.
I tried contacting Amazon.in through mobile phone and email.
In return Amazon has replied that they have received non Amazon product and cannot issue refund. Whereas I would like to clear that I have returned the correct item to their pick up person. Also pick up person had checked the item before taking it from me.
Now Amazon iss not giving my money.
I need help to get my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
