I ordered Kleio Designer Stylish Big Box Shaped Flower Embellished Ultra Spacious Wedding Party Clutch For Women/Girls worth of Rs.****.** on * June **** from Amazon.in and when I found that clutch was so big and I immediately filed returned on the same day when I receive the item I.e.* June ****. Amazon.in pick up representative came to my house and collected the same on * June ****.
Above case is pending for refund for more than a week.
On contacting Amazon.in through toll free number, announcement came to file complaint through their email instead of talking to their representative.
I filled the complaint through their email id.
Now Amazon.in is replying that they have not received the correct item and cannot issue refund. Whereas , their pick up representative has already picked up the items from my house.
Amazon.in is denying to issue refund of Rs.****.**
I need help to get my refund as soon as possible.
