I was just searching for the food available form the various resturents near me. Accidentally I ordered an item from a restaurant . Paytm wallet was linked so amout of ₹*** was deducted. It was about **:** pm . I cancelled the order within few seconds . I was not aware of their refund policy. I rushed to the customer support and explain the whole incident. They refused to pay me the refund. Then told me they cannot refund this according to their system. At that time I asked them to reopen my order and to deliver the food to my location.They refused. This customer executive was not ready to help me . After sometime I contacted further and then a customer care executive give me a mail id and ask me to send the details . I have sent it * times. Yet not received any reply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
