Hi,
Makemytrip is not refunding my amount of rs *****. It's more than one month and everytime they say it will get credited within *-* working days but not received yet. Sent several emails and escalated to their highest level but no result yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
