Firstcry.com - Refund not Received

Hi, I have initiated a refund of Rs ****.**/- against order number *******SAW******* from firstcry on **th Aug ****. They are saying they have sent me the amount on **th Aug **** but I didn't receive the money yet. The bank statement was shared with them * times on **th Sept, *nd Oct and *rd Oct but every time in the email they ask for bank statement and whenever I call customer care they ask for same bank statement. Also they intentionally keep disconnecting my phone after talking for * mins since **nd Oct ****. I have attached the email conversations for reference. Also I even asked to escalate the case to higher executive team but they don't do that.
