Booking id -xjqr****. I checked in at around * ** pm to this hotel called varcity ruby. It was the dirtiest place I have ever been to. No person with the right mind would stay even if it's free. We were made to check the other room but it was also as filthy as this. I called Oyo seeking help regarding my issue. Probably the worst mistake ever. Spoke to atleast * executives. One of them named Nasir just hung up on us because we were not ready to pay extra for the other hotel. It's not customer's fault that this hotel was filthy. Why should I be paying extra even if it's more. Otherwise keep be an option to cancel and get the refund. I hardly stayed in the hotel. None of them was given to us. And the lady I spoke to after him started raising her voice. I have spoken to many customer excutives from many different companies. This was easily the worst service I have had. They are not trained and do not how to speak to customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
