I HAVE BOOKED BUS TICKETS FROM HYDERABAD TO TANUKU THROUGH PAYTM BY ORANGE TOURS AND TRAVELS ON **TH AUGUST ****, FOR **TH AUGUST ****, TICKETS RECEIVED TO MY MAIL, SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED MY TICKETS ON **TH AUGUST **** DIRECTLY WITH OPERATOR. I HAVE LEARNT FROM THE OPERATOR THAT THE REFUND AMOUNT HAS BEEN SENT TO PAYTM, TILL DATE THE PAYTM AUTHORITIES NOT CREDITED TO MY PAYTM WALLENT EVEN AFTER SEVERAL TIMES CALLED AND SENT MESSAGES NOT MATERIALISED.
