Namrita filed complaint against State Bank of India on Jul 31, 2019
I had returned * items to Myntra but I haven't yet got the refund. Myntra customer care said that they already issued a refund in my SBI bank account. SBI says they have no record. They even refused to check the bank reference number that Myntra issued to me. I have raised a complaint online but its status always shows pending. I called on Sbi customer care number but they were very rude and simply said contact Myntra, we can't do anything. Even my home branch responded the same. Myntra issued the following bank reference numbers for the * orders :
Amount- Rs ***.** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Amount- Rs ***.** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Amount- Rs ***.** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Amount - Rs ***.** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Amount- Rs ***.** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Amount- Rs *** - Bank reference number is - ***********************
Sbi please check and issue my refund asap. My Sbi account number is ***********.
