My name is Binoli Jain. I had booked my ticket on *th December,**** through HDFC SmartBuy portal and through Yatra.com on HDFC SmarBuy Portal for a flight from Indore to Mumbai.
Within ** hours I called Yatra.com, Air India and also HDFC Smart Buy to cancel the flight for a full refund under DCGA rules.
The date was *th December, **** and the calls were attempted all of them between **-* pm. AirIndia and HDFC asked me to connect with Yatra for same as they were the agents.
Tried calling Yatra multiple times but their system has some issue; maybe due to overloading due to the Indigo issue at the same time.
I then wrote an email to Yatra (at *:** pm) and kept calling HDFC and AirIndia too for the next few days. They all kept putting it on each other but noone took responsibility to cancel and refund me. I was well within the DGCA guidelines in terms of timing for cancellation.
Till date I have exchanged multiple emails with all of them. AirIndia and HDFC SmartBuy ask me to follow up with Yatra. Yatra asks me to follow up with AirIndia.
I have made *** calls to Yatrs till date but they do not connect to customer service and the calls drop.
The harassment is so much that I am following up till today.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
