Sinjini filed complaint against Makemytrip on Jan 6, 2018
Due to makemy trip and hotel ownwr issue in last moment they have cancelled my hotel bokking after giving my written confirmation of my booking.
I have paid the amount through Gift Card, however, I have so frustrated by the negligence behavior of MMT People, that I have asked them to refund the amount on my my bank Account.
They have taken my bank details and since last one month just gave me fake promises that within *-* days you Will receive your refund in your account.
I have written and recorded proof with me that, how MMT has make fake promises and not refund my money.
Pls look into this matter.
