Eatsure Food Delivery App - Refund not received

I recently ordered from Eatsure app, and paid *** rupees for the order, while i was checking the order details I noticed there was a dish which i did not add but during the billing I missed to notice the same and paid the amount through my ICICI credit card, it was *-* minutes later I cancelled my order and placed a new correct order and again made the payment. I opened my cancelled order and on help and support I asked about the refund status and to my surprise they said I would be charged a ***% cancellation fee not **-** percent but a *** percent cancellation fee for the order I did not even received. i felt cheated and asked what is the cancellation time for which a customer can get the refund and they told me it is * min after you place the order after a minute you will not receive any refund. I was totally shocked to know this and requested atleast send my order so that i can use it tomorrow but they refused to do that as well. This is insane by Eatsure app, it takes atleast *-* minutes just to confirm if the ordered items are correct or not but they are just allowing * minute to cancel the order in case you need refund. This is clearly a malpractice and should be taken seriously so that no other consumers face this in future. They are just taking the money of innocent customers without providing such relevant information before ordering the food atleast they could provide a highlighted heads-up to the customer that they need to check everything keenly before making the payment otherwise they will charge us with a *** percent cancellation fee.
