Eatsure Food Delivery App - Received Food with Insects from EatSure Urgent Action Needed

I recently placed an order with EatSure (Order ID: [your order number], Date: [date of order]). Upon receiving the food, I discovered small insects inside the food packaging. This is an extremely serious hygiene and food safety issue that puts my health at risk. I have attached photographs as evidence of the contamination.
I immediately contacted EatSure customer support, but I am yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of quality control and sanitary standards.
