Eatsure Food Delivery App - Complaint Against EatSure for Incorrect Delivery App Support Failure No Response and Refund with Com

Order #********* was placed on EatSure at midnight, as I was very hungry and looking forward to a proper meal.

The items ordered were:

Masala Paneer Tikka Wrap – Crispy Bake (Chef’s Special) x *

Chipotle Cheese Wedges x *


Instead, a plain Masala Paneer Tikka Wrap and plain wedges were delivered. The incorrect items completely ruined my mood to eat, and I did not consume them at all since they were not to my liking.

Attempts to raise the issue through their app failed, as the support chat was stuck for * days and I was unable to proceed. Later, I managed to connect with their team over a call, but no resolution or refund has been provided yet — only options were suggested, with no concrete action.

Additionally, an automated email from EatSure clearly mentioned that they would respond within ** hours. However, even after this time, there was no reply, showing a complete lack of accountability and poor service.

Given that the items were incorrect and inedible, I am requesting:
