Posting this the second time.
Hi, I've been trying to get the refund amount for my order #***-*******-******* since February.I don't get any response to my emails and I've tried calling cc too but they don't help. I sent my last mail a while ago and I didn't get any response.The refund wasn't successful and the money was sent back to amazon(as per the bank) Refund reference no.********* I've made multiple posts on amazon.in Facebook page they comment the same thing Everytime.Last post on Facebook on ** oct ****. Abidi from Amazon customer service replied that they have responded on the same post I made earlier that day. Amazon customer service replied that they have forwarded my issue and they'll help.Today it's *th of November **** and they haven't responded to my issue yet.No emails,calls , messages,etc. This is really saddening. Previously Amazon had replied to me in the emails that they can't help me.i tweeted Amazon but they still refused to refund it .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
