Rosalin filed complaint against Zivame on May 8, 2023
I have order two product under one order ,due to size issue immediately i raised a return request,where bothe the product was returned.Howebwe I received only one product refund of ****/-.kept on following up with the zivame customer support team where they kept asking me to wait for **-** workings days to get a confirmation on product delivery to the warehouse. Further follow up ,they ask me to wait for ** hours then **- **hours and then further ** hours.ita been more then a month now I have not received my refund.whwn asked for the ticket number or complaint number which the zivame team has sent for the product confirmation whether it has reached the warehouse or not.They kept assuring since * month stating need not to worry i will receive the refund.But no refund yet.This is really pissing off.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
