To inform you that i ordered for a headphone from jiomart and received a completely damaged product where there was uneven sound distribution, it was a prepaid order, on informing them there arranged for a pickup and following pickup been done on *st November **** , but till now o didn't received refunds. I have dropped several mails to the teams, they kept me assured with fake promises and no positive reverts been made by them till now. FOLLOWING ORDER DETAILS
