Surendra Singh Manral filed complaint against Make my trip on Oct 6, 2022
I have booked a bus from Patna to Jamshedpur for dated *st sep (MakeMyTrip E-Ticket for Booking ID NU***************).
Bus operator told me that bus is cancelled hence I had to take a fresh ticket. I bought the ticket and travelled. I had been trying to punch the refund request in MMT app but some error was showing. I have tried calling customer care but none of the option is taking me to talk to Any representative. Moreover app is also not showing any option to request for refund. It's been a month now but yet not got my refund. I have also mailed on a available email Id info@makemytrip.com but no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
