This is to inform you that I bought some clothes from your site and due to size issue returned then on *st August, **** and till date, after ** days I have not received the refund. Reference no ************ and ************. The customer service asked me to contact the bank, and the bank made it clear that it's your responsibility to send the money.
In the name of our beloved Ratan Tata you are providing this type of customer support? Great. I have asked you to solve the matter many times, but now I'm done. It's disappointing and disgusting. This is the worst possible online purchasing experience. This is the last time I'm asking you to solve the matter or I'll take it to the consumer forum.
