I had ordered a book of RS.**** in Amazon on **/**/** & I canceled this order on the same day. More than * month has been passed but I still didn't get the money.I have tried talking to Amazon customer continuously everyday but they dont help me .I always got same reply "we have transferred the money " .They dont understand the problem of the customer. I request to voxya to help me getting my refund.As a proof I attaches bank statement from ** to till now, there was no ****Rs credited.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
