As per the normal order we do in Amazon, I did an online order in Amazon with Product- Prestige Induction Cooktop of Rs. **** which got delivered successfully on **th November, ****.
But the product has damage internally and it was not working completely, so I asked Amazon for return on that day itself and asked for refund.
After that, the returnee agent were not. Oming on time and three times they denied to pick the return back.
First the return date was **th November,****(Which got failed as agent doesn't pick up)
*nd time, date has been extended to **th November, but again it failed.
The third time I asked for pickup and the date was given for pick up between *st December to *th December, ****.
However, this time the delivery agent came and took the pick.
In the website, since Amazon has a good brand value, we trusted that I will get refund once the item reach to the seller and seller once confirmed, I will get the refund.
In website, since I trusted I do have seen that the status has been changed to pickup successful(At that time I did not took any screenshot) as everything was showing proper in website. But once picked up there was some problem in tracking as the last time I seen was that the product has reached to Gandhinagar, Gujrat(It was around there).
After few hours later, I see the tracking information has been removed from my order status and the order status changed to delivered. Which means that Amazon delivery guys have done something because of which the tracking information has been removed and later it got changed to delivered only.
When I came across the customer care of Amazon and earlier they have managed to agree that they will give us the refund and I was told that i will be refunded by **th December,****.
Currently they are doing investigation but denying any outcome. Since It has been past * and half months with no resolution. I see ignorance Amazon and the miss in investigation about the product returned to Amazon.
Currently I have enquired about more than **-** times about the refund. But they keep creating the ticket and closing and recreating a new ticket in Amazon.
Currently they have created again a new ticket and asked me to wait till another ** days which I see as thug promise.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
