Pappu filed complaint against Amazon India on Dec 17, 2018
I had brought mobile from Amazon and due to some issue I have returned via DTDC courier and item has been reached to Amazon I'm Oct month and I ordered in September so almost * months has been passed but refund not been credited in my account even they are not responding when I call in Amazon customer care. And there * associate of the Amazon has disconnected my call on my face. I have raised my concen on social media and tovJeff as well but complaint not being removed yet. Kindly look into this because to Amazon I have submitted all required documents.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
