Anshul dureja filed complaint against Paytm on Dec 6, 2021
On **th june ****, i purchased up a POS machine from their website i.e on monthly rental basis for which their executive confirmed me that i have to deposit total of Rs****/-, as security of device which is refundable when i will return the device to the company plus a fees of Rs***/- to be paid every month as device rental. In september **** period approx, i returned up their machine as service failure plus extra rental charges for which i was confirmed that within period of **days i will get my refund. But now its more than ** days i think but till now not got the refund. I have phone call recordings of their each and every conversation plus the screenshot of chats
