I have purchased year TV from Flipkart with complete protection plna on on September **** using debit card EMI.
Total amount is **k
I have paid all the EMI in next * months.
That TV got repaired in August ****.
And I have raised a ticket to fix the issue and I didn't get any response for the next two week.
After couple of follow up flipkart executive told that a seller has agreed to give the ***% refund and asked me to share the account number . I have shared all the details they have asked.
Then after many follow ups they told the seller has initiated the refund on *th of September and it will be credited to your bank account by **th September.
But I haven't received the amount even after **th of September then they asked me to check with the Bank.
When I checked with the bank with the reference number given by the seller. And the bank confirmed we haven't received any amount .
After this I tried to reach the flipkart in linkedin , Twitter as well but they are not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
